Mario is an agrarian technician with a degree in Biology from the University of Bologna. He worked for a laboratory of chemical and microbiological analysis (five years) and after that for a company producing frozen pasta and pizza. He was also the factory manager at Italpizza in Modena. He has been a BRCgs trainer since 2007 and he has since carried out numerous courses for new auditors and companies that wanted to implement the BRC standard. He has also delivered courses for Food auditors from the Standard v 5 in Italy and abroad, amongst a number of other courses. To date, he has carried out over 1500 audits (second party and third party audits).
