Directory access for BRCGS audited companies, sites and suppliers.
If you represent a BRCGS audited company and require a user account for the BRCGS Directory - Please submit a new account request via this form including the site code of the site whose audit record you wish to access.
Please do not email requests for Directory access to BRCGS directly.
Directory accounts can also be issued by the auditing Certification Body.
Locating the BRCGS site code
BRCGS site codes can be located on all certificates, the first page of audit reports, by searching by site name on the public Directory, or advised by the auditing Certification Body.
Password resets
If you already have a Directory user account and require reactivation or a password reset, please use the ‘Forgot password’ option on the Directory sign-in page.
BRCGS cannot divulge password details via email or by phone.
Logo requests
If you represent a BRCGS audited company and wish to receive logos for use on published collateral, please submit this form.
