FAQs
1. How do I book a BRC Training course?
To book a place on a BRC training course, please complete the form at the back of this brochure in full and return the completed form to Jackie Bartliff either by email, post or fax (please see details on the booking form).
2. How do I pay for a BRC Training course?
You can pay either by credit card, invoice or BACS. Please see details on the booking form. If you book online, then you can select either to pay by credit card or request an invoice.
3. What happens if I need to cancel/transfer a booking?
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions on the booking form at the back of the brochure

Cancellation: 15 working days notice of cancellation of a booking. If cancellation is received after this time then the whole course fee remains payable.

Transfer: 10 working days notice of transfer to another course date. If the request is received after this time, then a 25% administration fee will be payable.

Substitution of delegate: there is no charge if you cannot attend and wish to send a colleague in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes
4. I have several people who need to attend a course – will I get a discount?
We can offer a discount for 3 or more delegates who wish to attend one of our courses – please contact Jackie Bartliff on +44 (0) 207 854 8984 for more information.
We can also arrange for an In-house course at your premises for groups of 4 to 12 delegates. Please e-mail Jackie Bartliff for more information.
5. Who attends the Third Party Auditor training courses?
The delegates who attend our Third Party Auditor training courses generally fall into 3 main categories.

Delegates who wish to work for a recognised Certification Body and audit against the BRC Global Standards. Attending the course does not guarantee employment with a Certification Body – you will also need to meet their criteria of skill, expertise and qualifications. Please contact the Certification Body direct for more details

Delegates who wish to work on a consultancy basis to help prepare companies for their BRC Audit but not issue audit certificates

Delegates who want to understand the full audit procedure so they can prepare their company for their BRC audit and understand the procedure involved.
