The BRC Global Standards Technical team will be on the road throughout the UK in September 2012 to reach out to manufactures and provide a forum to discuss the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 6. These half day events will provide invaluable insights and high-level, constructive knowledge share including the latest technical developments and the benefits of being certificated to the Standard.
The latest edition of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 6 has been audited against since the beginning of the 2012. If you are considering undertaking an audit against the Standard, or if you have recently achieved certification here is your chance to meet the team behind the Standard. The half day event will include an update on the implementation of Food 6 as well as information on the most common non-conformities and there will be an opportunity to learn more about two areas that often causes concern – Root Cause Analysis and Allergens. In addition you will hear from a Certification Body who will be able to give advice on how to prepare for your audit.
