Technical Services Helpline

The BRC Technical Services Helpline offers BRC certificated suppliers guidance and advice in response to your questions about the BRC Global Standards and the BRC certification process. This service is available from 09.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday, Greenwich Mean Time. Outside of these hours please email your questions to, brcglobalstandards@brc.org.uk

The BRC welcomes feedback on any aspects of the operation of the Global Standards scheme. This may include comments on the performance of a Certification Body or auditor and such feedback is considered by our Technical Advisory Committees as part of our performance management of Certification Bodies.
